Microsoft Office 365 with a focus on Office for Windows

As part of a senior school morning and in the form of workshops, we will show you Daniel Steinert and I in a relaxed atmosphere at the University of Applied Sciences of Economics (FHDW) Tips and tricks for successful use of Microsoft Office. We are Microsoft Student Partners, so we qualify through Microsoft and pass on our knowledge in the form of events and workshops. Around the workshop you will learn something about the context of the FHDW and the exciting Possibilities of a dual study program. Food and drink will be provided - pretzel sticks will be delivered during a break at lunchtime.

Agenda

We have put together a varied agenda for the events, which mainly consists of the following topics:

  • Creating a successful table of contents
  • Correct handling of bibliographies, lists of figures and footnotes
  • Correct working with style sheets and formatting
  • Creating professional presentations with PowerPoint and Sway

Office 2016 is available to FHDW students free of charge via the Dreamspark program. Schools also have the option of providing access via the program.

If you are currently writing a scientific paper or project work, you are of course welcome to bring it with you. We are happy to help with any problems. There will be enough time to answer any individual questions.

Competition

For good questions and answers Microsoft provides a few goodies. These range from high-quality writing pads to ballpoint pens and key rings.

You don't need to bring anything with you, because everything is taken care of: computers and Office programs are provided by the University of Applied Sciences for Business and free pretzels are available during a 15-minute break.
